Develop partnership with companies and organizations worldwide; be familiar with sponsorship environment; develop your own position and new concepts with IAESTE personnel; oversee the financial management and long-term strategy of IAESTE; work closely with IAESTE advisors and IAESTE alumni relation manager; attend 4 of IAESTE conferences and meetings around the world.
IAESTE is seeking an independent, responsible, communicative, well-coordinated, full of energy, outgoing, resourceful, serious and highly motivated worker.

Additional requirements to candidates:

We are looking for a candidate who has academic diploma; strong presentation, writing and communication skills; speak and write excellent English; other languages are bonus; professional, innovative, independent, persistent and outgoing; high energy level, commitment to excellence, attention to details, and a willingness to implement new initiatives; a proven self starter with ability to manage multiple priorities, consolidate different view of points and facilitate decision making process in a multicultural environment; the ability to work with volunteers.
