The autumn of the year embarks with a unique achievement of OCEANS Network — the very first edition of its own magazine. The initiative to create it comes from Philippe Sessou, Vice-President of OCEANS. You are invited to read his welcoming message:

I am pleased to announce the official release of our highly anticipated publication, the inaugural issue of "OCEANS-EU Magazine".
